I was through check-in right away and on the plane before I knew it perfect in every way

Excellent flight crew. Very comfortable plane. Entertainment options on air Canada were great!

Flight was oversold. Seats assigned to multiple passengers. Delay 1 hour to sort out.

Good but I don’t received my bags yet is been 5days still no update

Boarding is always chaotic. Delay was over 2 hours while inside plane . Crew not very friendly

I was rescheduled when I missed my flight due to border clearance issue

Flight was delayed twice which made our arrival extremely late (actually into next day). Not an easy travel. But when we requested assistance for boarding we were really impressed with how they helped us! Strongly praise their assistance.

Received an email a few hours before boarding that wifi and seatback entertainment would not be available. There was no explanation for this. We were served 1 x 20 gram granola bar as a snack (not even a full granola bar) which was really embarrassing. The crew was lovely (none of this was their fault) and the flight was successful, but the aircraft itself was falling apart on the inside. Overhead comfort control panels were worn and some were hanging out and non functional, This aircraft needs to be upgraded.
