Pros:Front desk staff was good and helpful. Pickup and drop off staff was indifferent, almost rude.Cons:Prices are fake and rules for being late not visible anywhere. I ended up paying 4 times the original price because I got there 2 hours late and they claimed my reservation expired. No email related to the reservation mentioned anything about that. I was expecting some extra charges for the usual insurance things that these companies make you pay, but I paid more than that. I'd never rent a car using kayak or this specific company again.Reviewed 2019 Nov 03

Pros:Probably my fault for not reading the fine print and booking a non refundable rental.Cons:I purchased insurance when I booked. When I got there they told me if I didn't purchase an additional 67 euro of insurance id need to leave a1400euro liability deposit as well as 144euro deposit for fuel which would be locked out of my account for 30 days. I don't have that kind of money and didn't want to create overdraft fees, and wasn't willing to spend the extra 67 as I was renting the car for less then a day. Long story short I realized it was better to cut my losses with the 30something euros I'd already spent and just walk away. I'd never be willing to let over 1500euro potentially provide liability for other ace customers for over a month for a days rental.Reviewed 2019 Oct 14
