The car was available and worked great the whole trip. However, it took a very long time to check in, find a car and leave when we picked up. I was not picky at all. The car they decided to give me changed 3 times before I could leave. Then it turned out that the person who sent me off with the car didn’t complete the paperwork properly, so I had to wait in the office for someone to fix it and print me a receipt. Not the end of the world, but not the smoothest experience I’ve had, by far.Reviewed 2022 Jan 09
