Pros:Our car was upgraded for the wait and trouble.Cons:The shuttle driver never came to pick us up. After waiting 30 minutes we had to get another car rental company shuttle to take us over to the location. Then we waited 2 1/2 hours to get up to get our car.Reviewed 2021 May 16
