Pros: Yes the staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons: The extra fees just kept stacking up once we got the car, it ended up being almost double of what paid in advance online, and the extra insurance I paid for ended up not being part of thrifty. The 15$ a day fee for your spouse to drive the car and 90$ for a tank of gas were the toppers!
