We had the car rental at the Toronto Pearson Airport. They did not give us clear instructions as to how to leave the car park or on return. We had an early flight on return so we were frantically looking for the way to return to the car rental. Unfortunately, it was not clear to us that we were supposed to go on the Arrival level of car rental rather than the Departure level. The drive to enter was One Way, so we had to circled twice before trying to get in on the Arrival level. Also, the key drop was not made clear to us because the office didn’t open until 7:00am!Reviewed 2022 Apr 18
