Pick up was faultless - easy to find at terminal 3 Toronto, and also return was easy to find, park and hand over car. Reported a few issues with the car to ensure the next person didn't have same problems - basically wiper needed renewing and service!, otherwise all good! Among, if the not the best car rental experience I've had, Fair price for a Ford Edge. Ready to go as anticipated, Only thing that would have helped is clearer instructions on the location of the drop box for keys on return.
