After hours of waiting for a pick up, calling without anyone answering and taking a taxi to their off airport location (where they were supposed to give me the car). I arrived to find out that they were closed (although they had accepted my reservation and were expecting my flight to arrive 30 min late) they just closed without any sort of communication. I was clearly not the only one in that situation and I strongly suggest you never rent from themReviewed 2023 Aug 07

They are promoting a cargo van for $35 a day with unlimited mileage I booked that and when I can to pick up. They said that there is no free mileage included and I have to pay for any mileage. And they asked for commercial insurance which they don’t provide for extra and no one will have that. So it’s like they don’t want to give you the vehicle. So I end up canceling the reservation and lost all the money.Reviewed 2023 Aug 06
