Pros: The cars are in great shape. I was given a pre-assessment of the condition of the vehicle and found some undocumented scratches. I returned to the desk to have the record updated and they were very courteous. Be vigilante when looking over your rental before driving away. Shuttle service is prompt and the company staff is very good.
Cons: The vehicles are not always as clean as the larger rental companies. I like driving away with a full tank of gas but I generally receive a car with less gas in the tank. Routes Car Rental could improve here.
Pros: Cars were nice, comfortable and clean. Check in gal was super nice
Cons: Besides the check in gal with got was nice. Everybody else was not polite
Pros: Nothing. They stoped picking up their phones at 11pm. No shuttle every cane to pick up. Instead I had to get an Uber.
Cons: Everything could have been done better. If they can’t make it they could have at least notified instead of making people wait in the cold.
Pros: I liked walking out of there at midnight with no car and no ride to travel 2 hours north of the city.
Cons: Knowing that routes required a 1500.00 deposit.
As I couldn’t put the deposit and upfront rental fee on the same card, they required I purchase their ins. For the two weeks.
I wanted to change reservation to just 1 day, and they would not. Left me stranded. Terrible customer service
Great deal and great service
Pros: Price, cleanliness, service
Horrible!!
Pros: Nothing
Cons: First off the shuttle took forever. We get to the office and they said they did not have our standard car that we reserved because we were late, the website would not allow me to change the time of pickup, so I called and left a message that they apparently did not listen to letting them know what time we would be arriving. They ended up giving us a SUV that was a piece of junk, we could not even believe that they had such a car in their inventory. It had numerous huge paint chips all over the front of the car and there was masking tape residue all around the windshield, we were afraid to drive it, and the gas tank was empty. It was very late so we took the vehicle but not before inquiring about a replacement, call tomorrow and reserve a new one. I call first thing the next morning and a very rude clerk told me they had no cars and we could call back at 4pm and check if any were available, and NO we could not just reserve one. Didn't want to spend my vacation time trying to get a replacement so I just went on line and found a new car from a different agency, so happy. Do not rent from this company if you have other choices.
Economical, convenient
Pros: Very easy to book on line. Personable as well. They easily accommodated driving my co-passenger/daughter back to airport at a separate time several hours after myself since her flight was much later than mine, and 'stored' her luggage/backpack in an office until she came back later. Would DEFINITELY reccommend over the expensive rental cars on site at Toronto Airport.
Older Vehicles
Pros: * Customer Service
Cons: * Gas cap missing from vehicle - couldn't pump gas by myself because it wouldn't open without one person pressing the release while another opening the cap.
* Brakes were not serviced - shook when applied and made driving slightly more unnerving.
Pros: Price
Cons: The time for pickup and drop off did not work with my schedule very well. But overall I was happy with the rental experience.
The best option overall for dollar amount
Pros: Overall the best option for $ amount. Will go for it again next time...
Cons: The car had lots.of milleages 50k plus.
Took 45 mins to pick up vehicle
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Not very speedy service. You get what you pay for.
Terrible
Pros: Nothing
Cons: False advertising
