We never got the car. Even though it said my total was 260 when I got to the counter the agent at first said they didn’t have any cars and then said there is a fee of about $200 to drop off in Windsor. My orignal itinerary said pick up yyz and drop off at Windsor airport so I’m not sure why the up charge.Reviewed 2023 Jul 10

Pick up was a disaster. Desk clerk doesn’t even show you the car or even where it’s parked. The car we rented smelled like cigarette smoke. Disgusting!Reviewed 2023 Jun 27

Poor experience. Really long waiting time at the counter. The car wasn't ready, wasn't clean and the tank wasn't 100% full, although it was registered as 100%. The car had a big dent on a side that wasn't registered and the back seat had dog fur.Reviewed 2023 Jun 22
