I was so disappointed. Their credit card machine didn’t recognize my credit card. They said “ this happens all the time” I was so worried I would be stuck without a car. I walked over to the Avis counter and I had a car organized in 10 min and my credit card worked just fine. Be careful!!Reviewed 2022 Jul 06

While the vehicle was fine, the price was higher than I contracted for on Kayak! Enterprise support was pretty useless and wouldn't do anything other than say contact Kayak and that sometimes Kayak's pricing was in US dollars. I had a copy of my reservation and it didn't specify which type of currency it was. When I logged into Kayak it specified US$. While Enterprise didn't give me the price I thought I had contracted, they did give me a better one. How can Kayak be so stupid as to quote prices in US$ when booking a rental in Canada? Definitely will consider their actions when booking in the future!Reviewed 2022 Jun 30
