Car with broken radio and overcharged for GPS unitCons:Ford Fusion had a non working entertainment system that they should have known about since nothing was working. return counter was closed at 11pm at airport and car had to be left with no confirmation and next day had to call to get final receipt which showed we had been charged for GPS unit that we did not rent..Reviewed 2017 Apr 11

Alamo made goodPros:We returned our car early, five days rather than a week, and were charge extra (quite a bit). I called their 800 number and they refunded the extra charge. I'm still a fan of Alamo.Reviewed 2017 Apr 04
