Pros:How quick they can get you out of there with your rental car, especially during Covid times. No need to step inside the office.Cons:Overall it was well done. Limited vehicle choice but I was at a smaller office location. Also customer service said we could get a 4x4 but the office staff were more up front and honest about that. Pros:The staff at the rental counter and the auto check out were very friendly and professional. It could not have been simpler.Cons:They probably say the same thing every time there is a new customer, but I would suggest they take a little bit of time explaining the charges when renting a car. The masks don't help, but also the fact that I don't rent cars very often makes it important to explain it fully.Reviewed 2020 Oct 25

Pros:Drop off was very easy, just pulled up and got checked in and wasn’t far from my terminal. Also it was cheaper than getting one not at the airport.Cons:I got there really late at night and two attendants were busy for quite awhile. Only one girl at the counter. Pros:Staff members were very helpful at all times. We picked up a vehicle that was just slightly too tall for the garage at the place we were staying. We brought the vehicle back the next morning and traded for a size smaller and the representative was most gracious and efficient. Very good rental experience across the board.Reviewed 2020 Aug 20
