Pros: Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Got me a good fair deal, and the customer service was excellent.
Cons: They overbooked the car I rented, but they made up for it 10 fold. No complaints.
Pros: How quick they can get you out of there with your rental car, especially during Covid times. No need to step inside the office.
Cons: Overall it was well done. Limited vehicle choice but I was at a smaller office location. Also customer service said we could get a 4x4 but the office staff were more up front and honest about that. So I’m glad I called ahead.
Pros: Nice car and friendly service.
Cons: Price could be less.
Pros: The staff at the rental counter and the auto check out were very friendly and professional. It could not have been simpler.
Cons: They probably say the same thing every time there is a new customer, but I would suggest they take a little bit of time explaining the charges when renting a car. The masks don't help, but also the fact that I don't rent cars very often makes it important to explain it fully.
Pros: Drop off was very easy, just pulled up and got checked in and wasn’t far from my terminal. Also it was cheaper than getting one not at the airport.
Cons: I got there really late at night and two attendants were busy for quite awhile. Only one girl at the counter. She ran into a couple snags and anyway it was 20 min before I was greeted...but well taken care of after.
Pros: The car we wanted wasn't there so they upgraded us to something better. Very nice guy who helped us!
Pros: Staff members were very helpful at all times. We picked up a vehicle that was just slightly too tall for the garage at the place we were staying. We brought the vehicle back the next morning and traded for a size smaller and the representative was most gracious and efficient. Very good rental experience across the board.
Cons: They didn't have the higher level of car that I signed up for.
Pros: Everything was great
Cons: Nothing I can think of. It was fast, convenient and smooth
Cons: The car stereo was really poor & not what I expected for a premium SUV rental.
Pros: Staff was good. I rented an economy car 7 days in advance. So my rental should have been there. It wasn't. The customer mg er service agent stated to offer me an upgrade to a fancy exotic charger for an upgrade. I declined. Then she added to offer a dirty maxima that was in storage. I looked at her and said fine. She went inside. About 5 minutes later cane out and offered my a SUV I n.v stead at the same price. Reason being me and my kids just started at her as there was a Corolla with leather seats and 3 white corollas right in front of us. The thing is. I reserved a corolla....she went Inside. Realized that I'm a premier member member by management and came out with the contract. Now mind you. I'm a man of color. On vacation to Disneyland in first class accommodations with my kids. Can you imagine how I felt ok offering me a dirty car with my car right in front of me. Standing in the lot because there were customers in the lobby as with covid, only 1 car can be rented at a time. I wasn't embarrased. But after a nice flight, friendly first class epic service. To be treated like that. It was not a mistake. She did not know who she was dealing with. And I kept my cool. Answered her questions. But that type of bv behavior is not tolerable. Especially now. Perception at first sight is crazy. I pulled out my rare CitiBlack Card on her when she asked for a VALID credit card. Knowing that Enterprise accepts ALL credit cards. So she changed her tone. Told me places to stay. Told me to have a safe trip. I just said thank you as my kids were present and I proved my point. But the fact is. It was a bit embarrassing to stand there and wait for a junk car from storage with about 7 cars readily available. I reserved my car a week in advance. I believe perception training needs to be addressed. Last time I seen all the rich millenials dont dress up. Even the lobby customers were in cargo shorts and sandals. We were in coordinated sweatsuit. Jeans. Blouses. Collared shirts. Hmm.
Cons: Train representatives to not see the race card or if they expose themselves biased on the color ok f the person's skin. They will be reported. The issue will be addressed by any professional worker. We spend good money for good product. And part of the product is the service we receive. Not just read a personality. Be completely fair to each customer. Each color. Each race. As this is on the wall kn s of the business in the Equal Opportunity Act that each representative must read and sign upon employment. Don't let outside personal politics ruin a good business. My money is green like the next customer. Treatment, even subtle treatment is important to maintain the business. Train up on ethics policy needed. Badly. Immediately.
Pros: The staff at both locations made the process extremely simple. They were friend and super cool. I will definitely be returning.
Cons: Details on what you need when your rent a vehicle (major credit card)!
