Friendly and helpful representatives, higher than average costsPros:Alamo representative Debbie at the Spokane airport was very friendly and helpful. She assisted me with changing my reserved vehicle type. The vehicle was wonderful, so comfortable and easy to drive.Cons:I changed my requested vehicle type at the counter, which cost an additional $134.00. This was about $50.00 higher than if I had made the reservation that day, and even higher than other rental companies at the airport. Because I would have had a $100.00 fee to cancel my original reservation, I choose just to pay for the higher than average upgrade fee. Taught me a lesson to only reserve no fee cancellation vehicles.Reviewed 2017 Sep 22

Pros:The reservation, pick up and drop off all went without a hitch. Easy and hassle free. The staff was ready for me and made everything easy. Debbie was great to work with!! I showed up earlier than my reservation and they got me in a car early and extended my rental by one day without any issues. Staff was great!! Overall experience was great!! Would defintely rent from Alamo again.Cons:I drove a 2017 Dodge Charger with 2000 miles. Overall the car was great, but the USB ports would work off and on. This was frustrating and was hard when I needed to charge my phone. Also the main screen froze once and I had to pull over and turn the car off and back on. When it froze I was unable to control the volume, A/C etc. This must be a glitch that Dodge needs to address.Reviewed 2017 Aug 09

Coutious and effecientPros:Quick service. The cars were clean, right there and what was promised. Loved the Chevy Impala. Great car overall. Averaged 29mpg overall from a 3.6L V6 that had tons of poop. I might get one. So quiet and smooth too. Was worth the extra $30 for the week. So glad you had the car available.Reviewed 2017 Jun 03
