Noticed a cat pee (or weed) smell in it, but not bad enough to warrant getting a different vehicle. The gal helping us get the vehicle was very nice and helpful. Price could have been much more reasonable, in our opinion. But it served our purposes for the two days we had it. Thank you.Reviewed 2022 Jul 03

Rep tried to pressure me into upgrading. I said no then he fessed up that they didn’t have anything in the category I reserved except a Dodge Charger which I do not consider to be a full size car. He refused to give me a complimentary upgrade which was the only way I had to get a car that would suit my needs. I will never rent from them again, in any city.Reviewed 2022 May 20

They denied the reservation at the counter because we did not have airline tickets. When I rented the email confirmation specifically said the airline tickets was not required to rent from this location. They did not try to resolve other than tell me but I had to find another rental car penny. Luckily Enterprise right next to them was able to accommodate.
