Pros:The rental company and vehicles are conveniently located at the terminal.Cons:when they didn’t have the car available I’d reserved, they shouldn’t have charged me for the upgrade. Other rental car companies don’t. I would have paid for the upgrade, but I shouldn’t have had to pay double especially for a vehicle that needed tires and wipers that weren’t safe for the conditionsReviewed 2019 Feb 19

ticket agent uninformedPros:Not a lotCons:ticket agent was pushing upgrades to point of misinformation. ie. if you go into Canada, the border patrols won't let you in because you don't have snow tires. Also, he said that the truck didn't have 4 wheel drive which was also a lie.Reviewed 2018 Mar 18
