Cons:Our flight home was delayed & re-routed through another airport - and Hertz charged us $400 for dropping off the car at a different location. Huge ripoff and we will NEVER use them again. The guy working at the Spokane Hertz seemed downright happy to hit us with the insane fee. Criminal.Reviewed 2019 Jul 15

Pros:comfortable car. Sure did need the heater!Cons:The side mirror and drivers windshield were very spotty. When asked if they could run it through the wash again, person who checked the vehices out just brought out paper towel and cleaner. The rest was ignored. Maybe it had rain earlier so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.Reviewed 2018 Nov 14
