Unhappy TouristPros:I got a free upgrade. it rode nice.Cons:The car was unclean, sand all over the place. The front tires were bald. The key fab only unlocked the vehicle. Minor cosmetic damage all around the vehicle.Reviewed 2018 Aug 01

They do not honor reservations/ rental confirmatioPros:Drop off/Pick up location is exceptionally convenientCons:they did not have a car in stock when I arrived. Same problem for at least 5 other people on my flight. Was able to get one the next day but only because several other people canceled. I needed an SUV and had rented one online with a confirmation, but I was luck to get an economy car as they originally had nothing in inventory and told me I'd be without a car my entire stay.Reviewed 2017 Feb 28
