Pros:Don’t know. They wouldn’t let me rent a carCons:You can’t rent a car here without a credit card. I only have a bank debit MasterCard. Other places like Hertz and Enterprise are fine with a bank card. So I was left stranded and had to go to another place.Reviewed 2021 Jan 23

Pros:Vehicle was nice, clean and new.Cons:They allowed me to book the pickup at 6 pm when they close at 6pm. I was running a little late and they closed. I had to pick up the car the next morning.Reviewed 2019 Aug 01

no car for reservationPros:nothingCons:had car reserved at 5pm. no car. at 6:30 was told the only way to get a car was to drive to airport 12mi in the rain and the roads were not yet melted. I could not get info on how many walk-ins they had given cars to that afternoon. I missed a 630 meeting and had to cross town to get car. car wa not full of gas (down one mark) but paperwork aid full.I had no choice because I ha to driver to ORD in the morning and could not get another car.
