Cons:I spent an hour and a half in line to pick up the car and when it was finally my turn I was told there were no cars available except for a 12 passenger commercial van. If I hadn’t insisted they would have never gave me another option. There were a bunch of hidden fees, had to call to get them clarified after I dropped car off. No help from the rental office staff in KissimeePros:easy to pick upCons:Didn't warn us that the on ramp to the highway right next to the rental office accepted nothing other than quarters or the easy pass (no signage either), so we were charged an extra fee that we couldn't then avoid. Pros:The car was fine, newish, and drive well. Drop off was cake...very quick.Cons:I wanted to pick up the car a bit early, but they didn't have any "economy". Pros:The car he gave us was pretty new and nice. The guy who works there was nice.Cons:We were glad that we came right on time since it was the last car they had. The guy behind us in line had a reservation and was told to go to a different location since they were out of rental cars. The place is hard to find and very small. The guy who was there was nice but he pretty much did everything, from taking care of customers coming in, and picking up the cars.
