The cars where super sharp and clean. Our bad experience was due to them not having an available vehicle for a reservation a had placed 2 weeks prior to the day I needed said car. Had to settle a refund and a new reservation over the phone and had to dispute the new charges that where added because they dropped the ball on my confirmed reservation. Had to drive 45min in the opposite direction of my travel route for pick up and drop off for the vehicle.Reviewed 2022 Mar 01

The car was filthy. There was mud and dirt all over the inside. There was sticky stuff all over the windows. They told me they had no other car and we needed a car for our trip. I asked them to swap the driver on the reservation not add an additional driver but they didn’t so I was charged for an extra driver. They said my tank was full and it was close to half way but I returned it full. I would never rent from hertz again.Reviewed 2022 Jan 03

The time it took to complete the pick up was ok, the waiting room/counter is a bit congested and there isn’t a clear place for patrons to wait in line to be served in order. The way it’s set up it pretty much relies on the customers to be aware of their place in “line” so they k ow when it’s their turn. There doesn’t seem to be a clear check in of vehicles. There isn’t a designated worker assigned for I take and it feels like if there were a line, you would also wait in line to check the vehicle back in. While there is a formal check out process involving walking the vehicle with the worker as they take photos of the vehicle, at check in, there are no photos taken. This doesn’t make sense as there could be damage done to the vehicle after check in that isn’t the responsibility of the last renter that could be associated with the last renter. Also,returning, there was two associates and no customers and the associates didn’t greet. I understand it was early on a Sunday but making your customers feel welcomed is important. Nothing bad to report just a couple areas for consideration.Reviewed 2021 Dec 13

Pros:Staff was friendly but not forth coming with info about tolls and so we called hertz and we were told we needed to see an agent at our nearest location. Found out the location had just closed and after another call to Hertz we were told again to wait until morning to get the info on toll sticker! Found out the next morning we didn't need to see anybody because we were to wait for a bill in the mail. We lost a day of travel because of this:( Also the side door of the cargo van kept getting stuck and would not open and the inside light would not turn off. My husband spent over 2 hours trying to turn it off on the way back from our trip! It was a very bad experience.Cons:A different vehicle altogether, as well as, information on the use of tolls. For the price we paid we deserved better service!!Reviewed 2021 May 26

Pros:The staff did their best but the entire experience was a disaster.Cons:My car wasn't ready and I had to wait a whole day for a car they that wasn't even the one I ordered. Wasted a ton of time and they clearly had no clue how to handle the amount of reservations they had.Reviewed 2021 Apr 07
