They were overbooked and didn't have any cars. We booked a standard SUV and after 2 hrs wait were informed that they only have a minivan for us and we would need to come in 2 days to exchange for an SUV. It was a hassle on our vacation2.4 Poor

Pros:
Despite the fact that I reserved a car 2 months in advance, on the date and time I was scheduled to pick up the car I had to wait over an hour to get the car, thus altering my entire time frame for leaving town on a Christmas vacation with my family. I was very disappointed and will not ever be using Budget rentals again. The employees took their sweet time and had absolutely no concern about my needs and made no effort to accommodate me.10.0 Wonderful

Place closed at 2pm ... i could have never made the pickup.Cons:
Closing time should have been flagged .. I had to rent another car from the airport - staff would not honor the original deal a day later for the same class of car - car had a dirty windshield inside and out ans had an unevenly worn front tire that made excessive noise2.0 Poor

I understand being busy during spring break, but calling to inform customers that there aren't enough cars is the absolute bare minimum that they should have done, but they couldn't be bothered to even do that. Horrible company.2.0 Poor
