They to steal from the costumers, over selling insurance, and they $10 per day, because they said I posted to get jeep not a full size suv, and on my reservation said full size suv, not jeep, so they charged me $10 extra per day
The procedure and rules and regulations to rent are crazy, they not only need to see proof of insurance they needed the declarations. The would not rent if your a local?!? Had to have a return plane ticket. It took over 15 minutes to actually get the car.
The pickup was ridiculous. Approximately 50-75 people waiting in a line that never moves. Do not. Do not rent from this company unless you wish to wait 90 minutes to get your rental. The company tries to make you think that you have to buy their insurance if you can't present a declaration page that shows you are covered for rentals by your insurance company. What a scam. The company tries to say that this is a one time thing but it happens week after week if you read their crappy reviews.
I didn’t like anything. It took 2 hours to get the car, hidden fees. $70 to pay for tolls even though I’d never spend that much in tollls. Truly an awful experience I wouldn’t recommend to literally anyone but my enemies
If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited 48 minutes for a shuttle (20 minutes on hold trying to call for a shuttle without anyone picking up). I then waited 25 minutes in the line. At which point I was told there was a $20 /day fee to take the vehicle out of state, despite having verified unlimited miles prior to booking. There is also a $50/day fee for tolls, if you don't pay $11/day for a toll pass. The price looks good initially, but with all the fees it's no cheaper and with the wait times just not worth it. Do not recommend. Also, be advised the location is off airport.
Terrible wait times. I have a disabled child and the desk agent was rude when I went to speak with her concerning the issues I was having. I would never recommend.
