Even though I'd reserved a car a couple months in advance and already paid, they didn't have any cars available when I went to pick it up. We ended up using Uber all weekend because it was 2.5x as expensive to rent a car from another agency day of as what I'd originally spent.Reviewed 2026 Jan 19

When I booked I ordered an all wheel drive, the rental collection desk tried to change to a rear wheel drive, but the big issue was they changed my drop off time from 6pm to 5pm even though I never asked them to, I dropped the car off at 5:10pm, only to be billed an extra $50.Reviewed 2026 Jan 12
