My booking was not honored because the site I used was from HongKong and my driver's license is from Canada. I have never heard of this. At LAX, the counter told me that I had to request for a cancellation through qeeq via email, and told me they would book one through her system. It was x3 the price. I have not been able to cancel through qeeq. One of the worst car rental experiences I have had. I do not recommend Dollar nor qeeq. It seems like fraud.Reviewed 2026 Sept 01

awful, they did not have the van they said they would even though I called ahead to make sure and they said there was nothing they could do. I ended up spending hundreds of dollars more elsewhere - I will never use dollar or go through price line again.Reviewed 2026 Aug 30

The long wait at the counter to pick up the car negatively tainted the entire experience. (The coffee someone had skilled on the floor in the line was also unpleasant--and hazardous. No one seemed to care that everyone was having to line up around it.). The car itself was nice and was better than expected when we took the chance on the mystery vehicle. Checking the car back in was pretty easy and, thankfully, quick.Reviewed 2026 Aug 28
