Pros:
The only positive thing about my experience with Alamo was that the car was clean.Cons:
They didn’t give me the size of vehicle promised even though I paid extra and then when I returned the car they attempted to charge me $60 more than my quote and I had to argue with them in order to be charged the quote given. I will never use Alamo again.10.0 Wonderful

Nothing Car was dirty took me 45 min to clean it during COVID esp unacceptable previous contract was in glove compartment that says alot drop off was closed for 3 mos had to go to airport as a last resortCons:
Everything car should be clean. We are in the middle of a pandemic. they gave us a drop off that has been closed fo 3 mos again unacceptable. nobody answers your phones this was a horrible experience10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
I like that this time the agent was straight forward with us when we got the car. The car also reported low tire pressure about 3 days in, probably due to the sudden drop in temperature. The agent at Enterprise put some air in and cleared the message.Cons:
Due to inclement weather, the whole city was under traveling ban and parking ban on the day I was supposed to drop off the car (Tue 3/14/2017). Thus, I called 1 day prior (3/13/2017) when they issued the ban to check if Enterprise would be open at all (I suspected not), and if they weren't open how could I drop off the car on the scheduled date. They said they would charge me an extra day despite the fact that over that day, nobody would be able to rent that car anyway, so they're not suffering from any extra revenue loss. So much for "treating customers like family in a corporate world." It is all about them making money...10.0 Wonderful

The New Haven staff member was not helpful. He did not explain to me additional charges that were added to my bill before he charged me and then was not helpful in helping me sort out a better course of action.Cons:
