Cons:This is the second time I rented and left down. Just this time was in a forigner country. I booked, paid same amount for insurance, had my personal insurance, and my credit card. All of them were presented to person in the counter, in Aguadilla Airport, Puerto Rico. He did not accepted and he had tried to sell me another package of insurance. As I denied, of course, he denied the rental. I was left on the street in a different country, 1:00 o clock in the morning. I will never rwnt deom easy rent a car anymore and not advise anybody to do so. About Allianz Insuranse, left me down when (NOT EASY TO RENT A CAR, did not accept they policy, the # they have to call for assure they police was good, never had a person and the phone call was alway direct to a web site. So both crooks! I want my money back!Reviewed 2019 Oct 29
