Cons: It would have helped to know that the Enterprise agency where we had rented from on-line was closed at noon on Saturday, especially as we didn't arrive until 1:00 p.m.. We were never able to pick up our rental car.

Pros: Staff was friendly but unhelpful when I needed to return the rental after an hour when we realized the mattress we were trying to donate would not fit safely into the truck bed. They would not refund the purchase although fuel unchanged and plenty of inventory on lot indicating we were not tying up any vehicles. Very disappointing.

Great service
Pros: Staff is very friendly, helpfulcand professional. Gave me a free upgrade to slightly bigger car which I definitely ended up needing. Thank you very much and Enterprise!

Fuuuuuuq enterprise
Cons: Would have been nice to know that you can not rent a car in a different town then the one your ID shows. Did not get the rental or any help from employee to get a new rental so didn't get to enjoy Thanksgiving.
