Pros: Car drop off was easy.
Cons: Check in process took a long time with only one person working the counter. The car I was given had several maintenance issues and warning lights that appeared during my trip.
Pros: The drop off was the easiest I have ever experienced....anywhere.

Cons: The time it took to actually get the car when I rented it. It was very time consuming(not sure why but seemed as if the person in charge of helping me was preoccupied with other things).

Pros: The attendant that handled my paperwork was nice. Even though she tried to pull the “we can fill up the tank for you for less” scam before I asked her to clarify if they charge for the entire tank no matter what level it is at. I’m guessing she is required to try to trick people like that as part of her job.
Cons: Literally everything else. I brought the car back after 4 hours and am now trying to get my money back for the remainder of the time. It was unsafe for me and my 3 kids to be driving in.
Cons: Don’t bury the $500 deposit in the fine print. Be able to take 2 credit cards for one transaction. Be flexible on the deposit...would it have killed you to take $490 instead of $500??? Have a manager that can actually work with customer instead of just sitting there not helping. Not saying anything. Horrible experience. Went to enterprise down the street and got my car with only $200 deposit. They bent over backward to make sure I was happy. The actually answered their phone and were friendly and upbeat. Fox needs to improve their customer service. Very poor.

Cons: Buildings signs are older and crooked. Bathroom was not working. Line was too long. Building seemed older and not very comfortable.

Pros: Very good customer service. Friendly, and went above and beyond, showing generosity that was surprising. Very enjoyable experience.
Cons: pick-up took 45 minutes, which included waiting in line for 30 minutes, an 8 minute transaction, and 5 minutes waiting for the car to be pulled up. Drop off was fine, but I had to wait 25 minutes for the return shuttle.
Pros: The front desk gal was nice but the guy that I was supposed to get the car from initially was a bit rude.
Cons: The car should have been cleaned and disinfected, which clearly it was not. I went through several disinfecting wipes to get the steering wheel clean, as well as other hard surfaces of the car. And they didn’t tell me the key fob didn’t work to lock the car. Thank goodness I realized that before anyone tried to break into it.
Pros: Shuttle took over 30 minutes upon arrival to airport and over 30 minutes when trying to leave for airport. I almost missed my flight because the shuttle did not arrive and a staff member had to drive us in a private rental car eventually.
Cons: Long lines, horrible shuttle service wait, cars old and staff unfriendly.
