Pros:Nothing- never got the car-- the staff were completely rude- the telephone staff tried to triple my agreed rate and Priceline was no help!Cons:everything. I will never use Hertz or Priceline again -- And I have used Priceline since its inception. NEVER AGAIN ]Reviewed 2021 May 10

Pros:NothingCons:We had rented an intermediate SUV however when we arrived they said they only had compact or large SUVs so they told us that we had secured a compact SUV. To avoid the hassle of cancelling the insurance pre-purchased we paid more to get a larger car as they would not provide the larger SUV to us in the agreed upon price. It felt like a bait and switch. The customer service was horrible and the car that we rented was dirty. There were wrappers, kids bracelets in cup holders, and in the seat back pockets. There was dirt and sand everywhere in the back and in the trunk. To top it all off the car smelled like smoke that had been covered up-not ideal for an asthmatic. I had to use my inhaler within 15 minutes of being in the car! It was a terrible experience!Reviewed 2020 Sept 13
