Picking up the car was incredibly smooth. I was afraid I would have to sit there waiting on the shuttle for a long time but both times it was ready to go. Bus drivers were very friendly and funny. Getting my car took ten minutes max and dropping it off took 5 minutes. Everything went much better than expected. The car was clean and perfect for my needs. Due to several flight changes by no fault of my own, I had to cancel my trip hours before I was to pick up the car. I tried desperately calling from the airport but the person could not find my Payless confirmation number in her system. It wasn't until the next day that I was able to call the Payless office and it was too late then. Please do penalize the Payless facility but I won't be using Kayak again with the no refund policy.Reviewed 2022 Feb 21

Cons:The agent at pickup was horrible. Unable to perform any task by herself. Poorly trained. The rental agency was supposed to have my car ready at 5 but got a car at six. 3 customers ahead of me and 3 customers behind me got their cars while my easy transaction went by the wayside. Pros:Good, clean carCons:Longer wait than usual to get car. The representative tried to tack on an extra hour to increase charges. The rep sent me in the wrong direction to get the car, which when I ultimately found the car, it was boxed in between two other cars and another rep had to move a vehicle so that I could leave.Reviewed 2019 Jul 29

Pros:Pick-up staff didn't seem very excited to be at work and weren't super friendly. They got the job done, but all explanations were very fast and assumed we knew exactly what they were talking about. There was also a slight language barrier as English was a second language for the staff.Cons:More agents available would have sped up the process.Reviewed 2019 Jun 17
