Pros:Very easy to drop offCons:I booked through a 3rd party and they accepted my reservation but when I arrived they said they were sold out for a few days. They were able to help me but stressed me out about it first. 3rd party should know exact inventory to prevent this.Reviewed 2021 May 16

Cons:Sorry my bad. I screwed up. Will actually not fully my fault. I did indicate I wanted to rent from SFO airport and it also apparently gave me options for Oakland airport rentals and I rented a car from there without realizing. Duh! Will anyway it was nonrefundable and I'm screwed out of $140. So since kayak sent me a request via email for a review of my car rental it's fair to say it didn't go so well!Reviewed 2021 May 09

Pros:nothingCons:I reserved the car and was scheduled to pick it up at 8PM. I showed up a little bit late, and I assume this would be no problem, because the Oakland Airport Rental Car Center is open 24 hours a day. When I got to the car rental center, no one was at the Payless desk, and another lady told me that Payless closes at 8PM. So why would I be allowed to reserve a car for pickup at the time that the desk closes? So anyway, I had to change my trip plans because I had no rental car.Reviewed 2021 Mar 29

Pros:Drop off and getting the car was very easy.Cons:Dropoff could be better. Not good signage, then you have to go inside to the desk to finish your dropoff. Inconvenient.Reviewed 2019 Jun 07

Pros:Car was niceCons:Cost ended up being more than twice what I was quoted. I asked for only the insurance that was legally required. They charged me for insurance that was not required and cost $15/day. I got a flat tire. No spare in the car. Took them _six hours_ to come fix it!Reviewed 2019 Jun 05
