Scheduled a pick up for 9 am. We called at 8 am to ensure our car was ready; they said it was. We arrived only to have them let us know that they were sold out and had been sold out since 6 am and we were lied to. We were told that we had to wait two and a half hours if not more. It wasn’t until we waited in a line of 20+ people to speak to the clerk that told us we could leave earlier if we took an E.V. Pros:The clean Hertz counter and the friendly attendantCons:I rented AN AMERICAN CAR!!! When I got there, all they had was a CRAPPY Korean car ( 2 of them) and no AMERICAN car.
