Cons:Check in and luggage drop for share code with Thai airways. It is not clear instruction when booking with Thai airways. We lost time with Thai airways but finally need to drop the luggage at Thai smil counter.

The boarding process in Chiang Mai was horrible. Gate change last minute left me with all our carryons and my husband in a wheelchair. No one came for him….. Inconsiderate and uncaring. Airport was crowded and no one cared….

Pros:The crew was the most expert crew I have seen. I fly thousands of miles every year. Their alertness to safety was unprecedented for me. In Yangon the counter personnel were equally excellent, safety-conscious and personable.
Cons:It would be really nice not to have to board a bus in BKK to be shuttled to my next flight.
