Pros:Yes, and yes.Cons:The price of the rental could have been way better. The shock came with the added fees at the end of the rental...$91! It was already over $50 per day, and then I added a $10 per day upgrade to get a better car than a Spark. So that last chunk of money just added insult to injury.Reviewed 2020 Feb 18

Cons:There was a long line and only one representative. She was still working on the first person after 10 minutes, then she went to another desk to take in a return. We went to National and drove away before she got to the second person. We were number six.Reviewed 2019 Aug 12

Pros:Very accessible for 4 people and gave us tons of room to pack out for each daily adventures on the big island.Cons:There was a terrible odor that we believe might have been soy sauce. Complete with cockroaches!Pros:The car was nice and fairly new but I also paid a pretty penny for it. The rental agent was giving me his best high pressure sales pitch and basically hounded me until I upgraded.Cons:The car came complete with 3 baby cockroaches living inside it!! I ended up killing 2 of them but never saw the 3rd one again. I’m just glad one didn’t run across my hand while I was driving down the highway!Reviewed 2017 Oct 13
