Pros:Su at the Hilo airport National car rental was absolutely AWESOME! She saved our trip and was so kind. Thank you Su.Cons:We rented a jeep and it had no running boards which made it hard for my wife to get in out. Also it had manual locks and manual windows.Reviewed 2018 Feb 21
