Waited 90 minutes in line at the counter to rent the car. They were extremely understaffed to handle the level of customers and some of the staff were very inefficient. I will never rent from them again.Reviewed 2024 Sept 17

I reserved a mid-sized SUV. At pickup the rep tried to give me a corolla. Luckily, I know that is not even close to a mid-sized SUV and pushed back, so he offered a KIA Soul which is also not close to a mid-sized SUV, but he said it was the largest they had. I drove 12 hours in the car that was smaller than what I had originally booked.Reviewed 2024 Sept 16

Your credit card requirements are ridiculous. If you want this stupid system, have a way to check the credit card before the customer shows up. Requiring credit cards that have chips with the person's name who booked the car is strange. It cost us money, time and anxiety. Will ensure to not book work you or Hertz again.Reviewed 2024 Sept 14

Just a note for other travellers, there is no petrol station in the Airport. The nearest one is 10 km so fill the tank before you arrive. Luckily we had plenty of time :)Reviewed 2024 Sept 11
