Again, have your ducks in a row as an airline. This is an embarrassment for any of us who have lived in Vienna.
1) have phone numbers where we can call... a human... not this bot stuff... 2) the austrian airlines crew directs us to the airport lost and found for left behind objects, then the airport lost and found directs us back to them. Listen y'all, if you can't get this straight, what are you thinking expecting us to? Cheap, unprofessional, looks like a airline on the way to going under. If you can't afford well-trained staff... well... ask not for whom be bell tolls... it tolls for you.
Just overall a poor experience with little to justify the price of the ticket!

Business class old style from 10 years ago. Ok for short flights but nor for 12 hours journey. The passenger near the window have to jump over the passenger seat aisle side or wake him up to upright the seat. That’s not the business class that you expect on long night flight. Seats are not so confortable. And believe it or not no wifi!
We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.
Leg room and seat back not a good recline (middle seat)
One hour delay to board. The plane is tiny and 100 years old. Many passengers have been asked to check in their carry-on bags. This is although the bags were within weight and volume limits. The plane is just too small so they are essentially overbooking carry-ons. No entertainment whatsoever. No overhead TV and of course no personal screens. Food, if you can call a lukewarm toast "food", was edible at best. Craw was very nice, polite, and welcoming. They are not at fault that the airline is XXXing on their clients.
The restrictions regarding carry-on baggage is too strict. My wife was forced to check her carry-on bag. Never had this on other airlines.
Very efficient and profesional .One of the best. I had 20 minutes between 2 flights and still made it amazing.

Boarding was slow. The AC on the plane was low and it was hot - I asked to bump it. I don't think they did it. The movie selection is not good. Newer and better movies should be added
Security interview by El Al staff at NYC was deeply unpleasant. Apart from that everything was good.
Extremely expensive airlines! Very tights leg room although I was upgrading my seats. Flights attendants hit you when they walk by due to very narrow gap. Food was bad. Cold AC, they did not agree to change it. Wi-Fi did not work. Do yourself a favor and avoid ElAl!
The entertainment was mostly Israeli movies and tv shows. Food was good though. Flight was incredibly full with very religious Orthodox Jews. Maybe they had a convention.
We got upgrade to premium It’s another way and feeling flying premium then economy…
Clearly an inexperienced cabin crew. Boarding took much longer than usual. Food took much longer to be distributed than usual.
Underpricer was a nightmare to deal with they would not help us and blamed the airline and the airline said underpricer just lies. So no we were not happy! The crew on the plane was wonderful.
It was a really good experience. Food, snacks, and beverages were good. Flight entertainment was also a good one.
Everything was wonderful, with the exception of boarding a bus to go to our gate. Seems odd, that on both the arrival and departure from Paris we had to drag our bags down stairs, get on a bus to do the next step.

The only minor drawback was that the pod felt a bit warm when fully closed, but it wasn’t enough to detract from the overall comfort. Overall, this Air France flight delivered a smooth, friendly, and enjoyable experience from gate to landing. The combination of efficient boarding, exceptional crew service, quality meals, and a comfortable seat made the long journey feel easy and well supported.

I don’t like that an equipment change caused my seat to change from 23A to 44A. The boarding was also delayed. The crew were excellent, however and very attentive. The food was not bad.
Worst airlines either. First leg was delayed because of crew not available. My connection was missed so they booked me automatically the next day! But, impossible to get anyone on site, web site does not let me access my reservation anymore, confirmed by useless agents over the phone. My 2-leg trip with part in business class arriving at 4:10pm ends up in an awful 3-leg arriving at 9pm the next day with no way to even choose the seats and of course at the very end of the plane. I can understand problems arrive but the way Air France handle it is just unacceptable. You are on your own. Apparently getting you to your destination is the only thing they consider their duty. The customer experience and fatigue is none of their concern. And I have a status with them. I will reconsider my priorities when flying with Air France and encourage everyone to do the same.

One of our suitcases was missing at arrival. No news from the lost and found desk so far. As for 3 or 4 other passengers, they said it probably was missent at Orly airport. Hope it arrives. Not sure whether a compensation will occur if not found.

Bonjour, J'ai été très très fortement déçue et en colère par mon dernier vol avec Transavia. Voici ce qui s'est passé : J'avais acheté un billet avec 50 kg en soute (dont uniquement 36kg utilisés). Au moment du dépôt des valises en soute, l'hôtesse m'a demandé si je voulais également mettre mon bagage cabine en soute. J'ai dit que je préfère le garder avec moi. Arrivée à la porte d'embarquement, un responsable vérifie les dimensions du bagage cabine des passagers. Un tiers était non conforme à la réglementation (dimensions non conformes), dont moi. J'avais déjà voyagé plusieurs fois avec transavia sans jamais avoir de problème avec cette même valise en cabine, mais c'est la première fois que je suis confrontée à ce problème. La conséquence est de payer 60 €. Le nombre de passagers non conformes étant trop grand et les réclamations devant grandissantes, le responsable a détourné sciemment l'attention pour que des disaines de personnes traversent, pour n'en garder que 4-5, qui n'auront pas trop de voix et sont obligés de payer. Je ne remets pas en cause la réglementation. Mes reproches sont les suivants : 1- Pourquoi au moment de mettre le bagage en soute l'hôtesse n'a t-elle pas prévenu sur ce sujet ? Il aurait suffit d'une seule phrase. Tout ceci pour nous laisser arriver jusqu'à l'embarquement avec l'expérience que les bagages sont en général non conformes car vos dimensions sont ridiculement plus petites que la norme internationale, et nous mettre sous pression avant la fin de l'embarquement sans pouvoir parler à un responsable et n'avoir plus le choix que de payer. 2- l'attitude du responsable et sa methode corrompue de faire taire les réclamations en permettant à certains de passer 3- le fait que j'avais encore droit à 14kg en plus des 10kg de la valise cabine et j'ai du payer 60€ pour que finalement ma valise aille en soute. Tout ceci est une manière de soutirer de l'argement indignement, sous forme de réglementation. Je vous conseille d'assumer d'augmenter vos prix au lieu de les répercuter par des escroqueries pareils, au moins nous serions prévenus. Ceci est une honte et vous semblez en être fiers. There was a delay of more than an hour due to technical issues on a previous flight, can happen so I don't foult the airline for that. The crew was excellent and very friendly and boarding was pretty efficient. The seats were comfortable enough. However, if you are over 1,80m, don't expect any room for your legs, the room between the rows is extremely tight!
There was delay of 2 hours and all related announcements at the gate were done in French. It is not acceptable on international flight! The sandwich that I paid €6 for, was dry, hard and impossible to eat it. This is really a shame for French airline serving such sandwich.
Cancelled while we were waiting at the airport and the flight ready for boarding because of only one Stewart missing! Unacceptable! We were proposed another flight: 5 days later! Unacceptable! We had to pay other tickets of course very expensive the same day!

Awful. Got charged full price for bags at the airport because there is no way to pay in advance even though it says you can. Plane wasn’t loaded with enough paper cups for the whole flight to even have water.
From New York to Tel Aviv, the flight was horrible unfortunately we were delayed standing in the aircraft for four hours, when we got off Tel Aviv, the belt was broken and we had to wait additional two hours for our suitcases. Finally, when I received my suitcases one of them was broken and when I got home the entire content all of my clothes and gifts were soaked in water, since they broke my suitcase and due to the fact that the suitcase was outside in the rain, I tried to contact arkia, but couldn’t get in touch. Also my suitcases was returned however they made me pay additional 100 shekel for a replacement and the suitcase that they broke was much more expensive than the one they replaced overall the experience from JFK to Tel Aviv was horrible, not comfortable by all means and to top it all up all of my gifts and content was soaked. I had to dry clean all of it.
As a low-cost flight, I understood that not all amenities would be included. However, booking through a Kayak agent rather than directly with the airline created significant issues. We were unable to add checked bags in advance and had to pay $140 per bag at check-in. We also couldn't select seats and were assigned to the last row. Most frustratingly, there was no customer support available—neither Arkia (who didn't answer phone calls or emails) nor AirfareAssist (who also didn't respond to emails) could help resolve these issues. Once aboard, the flight experience met expectations for a low-cost carrier. No complaints there. Recommendation: Book directly with the airline to avoid these third-party booking complications.

This airline is known for shifting flights timetable, cancelling them altogether and overall you feel that you are in a charter flight (oh they do that too quite often). Rates aren't so cheap to make up for the overall experience so it is advised to mind the alternatives before booking.
TERRIBLE. THE ONLINE CHECK-IN REQUIRED CHOOSING FROM A DROP-DOWN MENU THE AIRPORT OF DEPARTURE. PARIS WAS NOT A CHOICE AND COULD NOT BE ENTERED MANUALLY. THE WHEELCHAIR SERVICE RESPONSIBLE TO TAKE ME From My Arrival Delta three hours in advance refused to take me from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3 without the Arkiya Boarding pass. I was helpless and missed the flight to TLV. I had to buy a separate ticket one way on Elal at 14:30 from Terminal 3 and PAY $715. ADDITIONAL MONEY. I DEMAND THAT ARKIYA REIMBURSE ME FOR THAT $715.00 DUE TO THEIR INOPERATIVE ONLINE CHECK IN THAT PREVENTED. ME FROM MAKING THE FLIGHT
Crew was super nice, boarding was fast (all trolleys were asked to be checked in), no entertainment at all, food - well, better if one brings ones own, and, surprisingly, they kept the schedule. This time around - 2 thumbs up.

It became a standard of this company to delay it's scheduled flights by hours! One to two days in advance, a notice of one hour delay is issued, then - at the airport, another 2 to 3 hours are occurring, at our outbound as well on our incoming flights. Be advised that this is to be expected. Furthermore - do not expect any transparency or explanation or just pure information from the company's reps on location, nor any other compensation or just a coupon for a snack or drink. It's probably just not part of the company's relation with it's clients.
