Pros:Being this was my very first experience using Alamo, I was impressed with the ease of reserving, picking up, and returning a rental. Every staff member I encountered was professional, helpful, and courteous. The initial price of the rental was better than I had expected. I look forward to using Alamo again!Cons:The initial payent of the rental was low, but he final payment upon return was $20 more because we forgot to fill the tank! Overall our rental experience was excellent! My advice: be sure to gas up before returning the vehicle!Reviewed 2020 Jan 28

Cons:Only suggestion / request would be to have the windows cleaned before rental. They were covered with the road salt solution which created a lot of glare from headlights at night. Not being used to the vehicle or the location, it was bit of a driving hazard.Reviewed 2020 Jan 24
