Kayak’s link to Enterprise was a DEAD END - not once but 3 times. Enterprise did not have the cars Kayak indicated they had. It cost me hours to sort out including an extra 4-hour round trip to Buffalo to get the vehicle we needed through other dealers. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH KAYAK - ENTERPRISEReviewed 2023 Nov 21

Pros:The whole experience was unhappy. The least they could have done, was call me to let me know that the car I rented, was not available.
