DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION! What they don't bother to tell you when you pick up your car is that if you return it after hours, they think their own location is so unsafe that you *CANNOT* leave the car there and drop the keys in the drop box. You must take it all the way to the airport. So if you're like me, and don't think the neighbourhood is all that bad, and left your car there, you now have a $50 uber/taxi ride back to your car.Reviewed 2022 Aug 04

Car pickup was terrible. Long lines, not enough counter personnel. The first two cars they gave me were damaged- broken mirror on the first one, broken AC on the second. The third vehicle was fine, but have to go back to the desk three times to get a functional vehicle was not ideal. There does not seem to be any real inspection of vehicles between renters, aside from washing and filling with gas.Reviewed 2022 Aug 01

I could have actually gotten the rental. When we arrived for pickup they said they don't except debit card or cash for payment. That is all we carry and were told no and did not receive our rental, throwing off all our travel plans. The customer service representative was rude and unhelpful and just did not care that we got screwed. Will never think about getting Budget ever again.Reviewed 2022 May 31

Arrived at the rental car counter to a very long line, spent 30 minutes in line and barely moved, rumor was that they had no cars. Gave up and secured a car from a competitor as a walk up ,the line still hadn't moved when I left. Seems like the rental car industry are charging extremely high prices while racing to the bottom in customer service. Definitely deferring my travel plans this summer.Reviewed 2022 Apr 14

Flight cancelled. Needed to adjust pickup time. They wanted $400 more for one less day. Customer service was a 45 minute wait and they disconnected at 7:30 - closing time. Two days for a direct message response. Cancelled and went with Hertz.Reviewed 2022 Feb 22
