Pros:The drop off was super easy.Cons:I think I was fooled into paying that ~$23 for a car with gas. I did not use very much gas at all in the <24hrs that I had the car and the gas prices were so cheap in Michigan. I honestly probably used less than $8 worth of gas. I am from California so I did not know any better, I guess.Reviewed 2020 Jan 27

Pros:Fairly easy access and drop off. Got a nice car at a reasonable rate and staff was capable and friendly.Cons:Only wish drop off access was after passenger drop off area so you would not have to drive around the airport loop after dropping off luggage and other passengers.Reviewed 2019 Dec 12

Cons:Sharing the same counter space with another rental company...the other brand had a huge back-lit sign and Alamo had a small square sign placed atop the other sign that you had to know was there to see if you are new to this airport and were looking for the Alamo rental counter.Reviewed 2019 Sep 09
