I set my pick up time for 6pm on Kayak which was confirmed. I was on a layover in Denver when Enterprise called me and said that they would be unable to create my agreement if I were to arrive at 6pm as their system shuts down at 6 sharp. My flight landed at 5:50 and I would have been there at 6:05. They absolutely refused to do anything to help and I ended up having to cancel. There were literally 0 cars available at any of the rental agencies at the airport or Uhaul. I ended up having to rent a Home Depot van for my trip as it was the ONLY option besides a Tesla for $985 per day on Turo. This was a terrible experience and I will not be using Kayak to book anything in the future as you are clearly out of touch with your suppliers.Reviewed 2021 Jul 19

Pros:There was no one there at drop-off. We had to write down our mileage and go inside for to the rental office. We wanted a final statement but he said he would email it. 27 hours later, we still don't have it.Cons:Do NOT give other locations if a person requests the airport rental. We rented from a down town agency without our knowledge. Didnt find out until our flight was delayed and we called to notify them and found out they closed at 5:00pm. Very worrisome and costly to have it changed last minute. NOT GOOD!!Reviewed 2020 Jun 30

Pros:The car was good for my needsCons:I requested an airport rental when I searched and when I went to the Enterprise desk at the airport I was told that it was off site. When I asked if they could come close to the rate it would have doubled. I had to take a $22 Uber to get the off site location. Of course I had missed that this was off site rental, but I would think Kayak could have highlighted that fact when reserving since my search was for an airport rental. Pros:They initially called me 5 minutes before picking up my rental arranged online and told me there were no cars and to go go a different location (where the rates would be different, longer commute in rush hour). However, upon arrival, the team worked out an acceptable solution.Cons:Online availability being accurate with the store and the 3rd party vendor who I used to book this car.Reviewed 2019 Aug 26
