Pros:Nothing. They had no cars available for anyone and we were stuck there at midnight with over 100 people in the facility.Cons:Don’t give reservations unless you can fulfill them. Multiple companies pool cars at this location and none of them had any.Reviewed 2020 Nov 11

Pros:The drop off was very easy and the customer Representative was excellentCons:I had requested for a Toyota Rav 4 when we booked - we paid a premium rate - however was disappointed when we could not get it when we arrived to pick it up. they told us it’s first come first served and we settled for a Chevy Equinox instead which they said was an upgrade ( not sure it was though)Reviewed 2020 Oct 10
