I was unable to rent the car because the counter was closed. There was a sign directing everyone to Avi’s car rental which only had 1 person working and over 20 people in line. I ended up renting a different car from Alamo.Reviewed 2025 Jul 07

The wait to pick up the car was incredibly long as Budget directed the renters to the AVIS counter and there was one person for many people, then a second person came. However, it would be much easier if there was a self-checkout kiosk.Reviewed 2025 May 19
