The Toyota Corolla I was given did not feel right from the beginning. It wasn't until after driving it for a few days that I noticed the driver's side front wheel was all scrapped up, and THEN notice the passenger side front tire was so bald the steel belt was coming through the tire. I am lucky not to have had a blow out/accident. I called Budget and the local office did give me another Corolla, but I had to go fill the tank on the returned car (and drive it yet again on the bad tire to the gas station) even though I had done a pre-buy of gas for when I returned my rental. While reps were nice, I should never have been given a car with a tire like that, should not have had to buy more gas, and should have been offered some sort of compensation for the time it took to make the car change. This is my second bad experience with Budget, and it is the last time I will rent from them.Reviewed 2023 Jul 19

Lines at pickup were really long and most of the pickup process should be something you can do ahead of time. Their app or link doesn't work so anything they say you can do in advance doesn't work or speed up the process.Reviewed 2023 Jul 05

I waited in line for 1.5 hours and when I was the third customer in line a Budget representative asked the front of the line customer to go to the Avis counter and rent from those agents. I had to go all the way to the back of the line again and wait another hour.Reviewed 2023 May 31
