Pros:Rented a brand new Ram 1500 with full back seat. Perfect for my 6’7” passenger in front or back.Cons:Kiosk failed at final step of check-in. Same with customer next to me, we could have saved plenty of time just getting in line.Reviewed 2019 Sep 05

Cons:Did my reservation wth rentalcars.com. Great price that beat Enterprise Corp. they had trouble finding reservation in BWI but found it eventually. They forgot to mark that tank was half full and I had to return to get them to change on rental contract. At drop off at Boston the charged me to fill upReviewed 2019 Jul 15
