Cons: Car was dirty, smoked in 3/4 tank of gas and the smart screen kept shutting off randomly (Nissan Armada)
Pros: The pick-up area was severely understaffed, but the guys who were there were extra courteous and worked hard to help me quickly.
Cons: It seemed the guy at the front desk didn't know what kind of van I would be offered. I don't know why the actual rental make/model has to be a mystery right up to the point of getting the keys. Also, the pick-up area was way understaffed.
Pros: When they didn't have the car we requested they have us something better at a lower cost!
Cons: They didn't check over the vehicle and document scratches.
Pros: Check in and check out was super easy, staff was friendly
Cons: Not gouging car rental prices to almost triple on holidays
Pros: Helpful staff
Pros: Easy pick up and drop off, Great staff
Cons: Worst part was the cars seats weren't the most comfortable but that isn't their fault
Pros: Not much
Cons: I added two child car seats to my reservation and somehow that made the cost go from $250 to $350. The car seats were crummy and they made me install them myself. The front desk was understaffed so it took me a long time to get my car. The minivan seat didn't go back far enough so I was crammed in.
Pros: Pick up process and the ability to choose the vehicle I wanted.
Cons: N/A
Pros: Very easy pick up and drop off. The people working at Indianapolis Airport were very nice from start to finish!
Pros: Location for rental at airport. Cars close by smooth returns.
Cons: All went well
Pros: Clean car, easy drop off
Cons: I asked for a small car but got an SUV. I don't like SUVs.
No one at the counter at 2 am.
Pros: Pickup/dropoff was easy and hassle free
