The car was good and the customer service in the terminal was good. However the exit only had one person staffed and took 30 minutes to exit. They didn't add this onto my rental time, and then billed me an extra hour for returning late.Reviewed 2024 Dec 01

This was a terrible experience, thrifty charged me for the rental for $1300 that I paid for through kayak and we got that refunded and now after returning the car yesterday I check my account this morning and they have charged me $862.Reviewed 2024 Apr 01

Cons:Had to wait 30 minutes in line. The clerk looked for my reservation on Hertz instead of Thrifty. The did t tell me the car was in the Hertz parking lot instead of Thrifty. Will never rent with them again.Reviewed 2021 Apr 18
