Pros: No staff at the counter when we arrived, a card said to use the kiosk and no kiosk to be seen. When we brought the car back there was no staff around and this was at 4:30 PM.
Cons: Get anybody to be at your place of business or close down. And by the way we noticed that there was a big plug in the right rear tire. That is very dangerous in my opinion, and no spare along with no staff.
Pros: Easy pickup and drop off, friendly people.
Cons: Staff letting people know about tolls better. When picking up, was told a small fee ($2-4) would be added if tolls were charged, but when dropping off, was told a service charge of $5 per toll would be charged. To inconsistent.
Pros: Staff was friendly getting the rental and something happened to their computer. Claimed my reservation was flagged and they wouldn’t be able to rent to me for the night.
Cons: I rent from sixt regularly. There was no code or reason for the reservation being flagged. The agent couldn’t explain why.

Cons: They didn’t do the walk around the vehicle when I took it out and since I was in a hurry with lots of luggage, I forgot to do it. They just handed me the keys at the desk and pointed where the car is. But they walked around when I brought it back and claimed that a pebble off the street has chipped the paint off the hood.
Pros: I was told online when I booked my reservation that my rental was $186 and when I arrived they tried to charge me over $360. I walked away.
Pros: Our flight was changed to a later flight and SIXT was to be closed at that time. When I called ahead the agent went out of her way to set up a rental with Alamo, who would be available. She was so diligent, that I did not mind for the disruption. They earn big points for follow through in making sure we were taken care of.
Cons: We would have liked to have rented from SIXT...
Pros: There was no one at the desk. Walked out to the garage instead of the person helping me they sent me back inside. Moreover I didn’t get the size car I requested and the car has low tire pressure and need and oil change. Because we kept getting notifications on the dash.
Pros: Friendly staff and car selection for pricing- very good
Cons: Returning my car I was told car had hail damage! It did not Rain will I was in Indianapolis! When car was checked out I was given keys without an inspection- hail damage occurred prior to my rental!
Cons: The drop off experience is unlike any other… No one greets you to check you back in. So that was a little weird. We weren’t sure what we were supposed to do.
Pros: Car was decent.
Cons: Returned 12 hours late and they basically doubled the price. Paid $400 up front for a week, returned a few hours late and saw ADDITIONAL $326 penalty charged to credit card.
Pros: The staff at the Indianapolis airport was very good.
Cons: I needed to return my car a day early. Once I made the reservation, I couldn't change it. Kayak sent me to Sixt; Sixt sent me back to Kayak. Eventually I found out the cost to amend the reservation was almost as much a day's rental. Next time I will go directly to another rental car company.
Pros: Because of Covid I could not travel like most of the rest of civilization but they would not refund my money
Cons: Never will I rent again except direct from car company !!!!!!!!!!!
