I was charged $46.45 for a fuel. I returned car with a full tank They refused to refund the $46.45 I was told fuel was $3.44 a gallon. I was told I would pay for how many gallons needed to fill the tank. I want a refund for the $46.45.Reviewed 2023 Jul 04

Make sure that the outside of the car was clean. This made is very difficult to see scratches dents and dings. I tried to note all o could but it was difficult. I hope I don’t get charged.Reviewed 2023 Jun 30

The Jeep Compass was a great fit for our family of 5 (no car seat aged kids anymore!) Dollar is part of the Hertz corp. So pick up was easy as was extending our rental when our flights were cancelled and we couldn’t fly home for two more days.Reviewed 2021 Nov 02

I asked and PAID for a mid sized SUV. That’s not what I received. I received a small SUV; the attendant at the car rental counter even said it wasn’t mid-sized. In addition, waiting in line for 45 minutes to get the car was annoying. Not enough people were working at the car rental desk. But the amount of money I spent on medium sized SUV — compared to what I got — is absurd and I’m never renting through Kayak or Dollar again.Reviewed 2021 Oct 04
