Absolutely awful. I pre-paid for this car rental and when I arrived to the Payless counter, I was told that no cars were available! Calling Payless customer service was useless. They said that the best they could do is to process a refund... how was that going to help? I was stuck at Indianapolis Airport with no means of getting to my final destination. I was not able to pick up the car due to a long counter line. After waiting in line for more than an hour, I decided to leave the line due to so many still waiting in line ahead of me. Don’t rent cars if you don’t have customer service support.Reviewed 2023 Oct 12
