Staff was very helpful in getting us a car after we made the mistake of arriving at the wrong location. Then when the car they gave us was a smoker, they immediately gave us an exchange. The first car we were offered had very low tread on front tires and patches that we down to the wire. Disappointing that this was not picked up by Avis prior but once I pointed it out the staff were apologetic and immediately provided a different vehicle.Reviewed 2024 Aug 27

I was somewhat disappointed that my rental was not automatically extended when there was a power outage at the rental location which delayed me getting the rental and on the road. Subsequently (once I realized this), I had to call Avis to request an extension to which I received clack from the agent, not exactly the customer I am accustomed to from Avis.Reviewed 2024 Apr 03
